User Roles: all you need to know
To begin, Phone2 users have three (3) different Workspace Roles: Owner, Admin & User
In this guide, we'll explain to you the different roles of Phone2 users and their permissions within your workspace.
An owner:
Can use all the texting and calling functions of Phone2
Has access to all phone numbers (a.k.a. "Teams") within a Workspace
Add & remove phone numbers within the workspace
Add & remove users within the workspace
Assign other users as admins
Manage the billing settings of the Workspace
Rename the Workspace
Change the Voicemail Greeting of the phone numbers (a.k.a. Teams)
Full control of the Contacts of the Workspace (syncing, editing and deleting contacts)
An Admin has all the same rights as an Owner, except:
Admins cannot manage the billing settings of the Workspace
There must be at least one (1) user assigned as Admin at all times in a Workspace
An Admin has all the same rights as an Owner, except:

Contacts of the Workspace are "View Only"
