How do texts/calls appear to our customer (if using a shared line)?
Short answer:
Nothing is different. Your customer will simply see a text or call from your Phone2 number.
Long answer:
Sharing a number just means that while using the Phone2 app, you can see which members of your team called, texted or answered a call. Please see below:
