Best Practices for Voicemail Greetings

Be Concise: Keep your greeting between 10–20 seconds.
State Key Information: Include your name, company, and instructions for the caller (e.g., leave a message, call back later, etc.).
Professional Tone: Use clear and polite language.

Example Greeting:

"Hello, this is [Your Name] from [Your Company]. I’m currently unavailable to take your call. Please leave a message, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you!"
