What's the difference between a "Workspace" and a "Team"?
A workspace consists of several parts:
Users
Phone numbers
Contacts
A team is just another term for "phone number". In Phone2 we use the word "team" because within your workspace, you can assign different users to each team (aka phone number). Thus you can have a:
- Sales Team
- Design Team
- Support Team
- etc etc. Create any time you'd like!
