# Receive Phone2 notifications in Slack

# Send Phone2 Alerts to Slack  

Connect Slack to get instant alerts for calls, messages, and voicemails — all right in the channel your team already lives in.

### 1. Click “Connect Slack”  
Open integrations and start the Slack setup.

### 2. Install the Phone2 app in Slack  
Select your workspace, review permissions, then click **Install Phone2**.

### 3. Choose the Phone2 number  
Back in Phone2, select the number that should send alerts to Slack.

### 4. Pick the Slack channel  
Choose the channel where alerts should appear — only channels your Slack app can access will be listed.

### 5. Select which notifications to receive  
Toggle **Missed calls**, **Incoming messages**, and **Voicemail**.  
You can also mirror your work hours for when alerts appear.

### 6. Receive Phone2 alerts in Slack  
Once connected, your channel will show instant notifications for calls, texts, and voicemails — complete with caller info, your team line, and quick links.  

You can even click directly from the Slack alert into the conversation in Phone2 (when logged in on your computer).
