Send Phone2 Alerts to Slack
Connect Slack to get instant alerts for calls, messages, and voicemails — all right in the channel your team already lives in.
1. Click “Connect Slack”
Open integrations and start the Slack setup.
2. Install the Phone2 app in Slack
Select your workspace, review permissions, then click Install Phone2.
3. Choose the Phone2 number
Back in Phone2, select the number that should send alerts to Slack.
4. Pick the Slack channel
Choose the channel where alerts should appear — only channels your Slack app can access will be listed.
5. Select which notifications to receive
Toggle Missed calls, Incoming messages, and Voicemail.
You can also mirror your work hours for when alerts appear.
6. Receive Phone2 alerts in Slack
Once connected, your channel will show instant notifications for calls, texts, and voicemails — complete with caller info, your team line, and quick links.
You can even click directly from the Slack alert into the conversation in Phone2 (when logged in on your computer).
