Porting your number into Phone2 is simple and seamless. Depending on whether you’re an **existing user** or a **new user**, here’s how it works: --- ## Existing Users If you already have a Phone2 account: 1. Log in to your Phone2 account (on the desktop). 2. Go to **Settings → Phone numbers**. 3. Sign up by choosing any placeholder number here: [checkout.phone2.io](https://checkout.phone2.io) 2. After logging in, visit the port-in form: [app.phone2.io/settings/phones/port](https://app.phone2.io/settings/phones/port) * Click **Continue to Porting** and fill out the form. 3. Within **1–3 business days**, your placeholder number will be replaced with your ported number — with no downtime. --- ## Important Notes * Do **not** cancel your current service until the port is complete. Your number must remain active to transfer. * In most cases, submitting the Phone2 port-in form is sufficient.
