Enable Email Notifications


Phone2 can instantly send notifications to your inbox for missed calls, messages, and voicemails — so you never miss anything important, even when you’re away from the app.



1. Select your number

Each number in your account can have its own notification settings — perfect if you manage multiple lines or departments.




2. Add email recipients

Add one or more email addresses to receive alerts — for yourself, your assistant, or your team.




3. Choose what to be notified about

Decide whether to get notifications for missed calls, new text messages, or voicemails — or all three.




4. Set your work hours

Only want notifications during business hours? You can set your preferred schedule and time zone for full control.



💡 Tip: Keep your inbox clean by turning off SMS alerts outside work hours in your notification settings.
